Product Management
I’ve been an innovative Product Management leader for the last 10+ years, working with B2B, B2B, Startup and Non-Profit organizations. Starting my career as a developer, lends to my focused approach of being customer focused always and heavily data-informed. Past experiences include launching 10+sites in 21+ languages, managing a development team of 10+ people, being apart of a Tech Accelerator, TechStars and achieving a patent for my during my first Product position.
Most recently have found myself focused on building digital banks for underrepresented groups such as Kinly (fka First Boulevard) and Daylight among others. I have also been honored as a 2022 Inspiring Woman in Fintech and 2022 Money2020 Amplify Alumni.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
DEI & Belonging work has been a passion since my days at PayPal, and was the driving force behind recent positions in mission-oriented companies. I’ve lead DEI initiatives at previous companies, been a thought-leader in professional collectives like The Brave Space, and have given numerous talks on my views on DEI and Belonging - most recently speaking at Sprout Social about Sisterhood Alliances and the Refactor::Chicago meetup on DEI at Your Organization.
